ARABIA Insurance is seeking to appoint BRANCH MANAGERS in Lebanon & the Arabian Gulf.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for the branch's bottom line profitability through:

. Increasing the book of business

. Following-up on the day to day branch operations

. Ensuring proper underwriting, claims settlement, follow-up of recoveries, and premiums collection

. Improving the capabilities of the branch staff

. Following the yearly closings with the external auditors and the local regulatory body.

Personal Traits:

A strong leader, ambitious, self-motivated team player, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

. University graduate with at least a BA degree or equivalent

. Insurance professional designations, such as ACII, are a definite advantage

. A minimum of 10 years insurance experience, 5 of which in a managerial capacity

. Computer literate and fluent in English and Arabic languages.
